Fabrizio Cerbioni is Full Professor of Business Economics in the Department of Economic and Business Sciences, University of Padua, where he teaches courses in “Group Governance and Consolidated Financial Statements” and “Professional Technique.” A Chartered Accountant since 1991 and Registered Auditor, Court of Lucca civil section and criminal section; author of numerous publications on the subject of financial statements and consolidated financial statements, he has, for more than 30 years, carried out consulting activities for national, listed and unlisted companies and multinational corporations, mainly in the areas related to financial statements or consolidated financial statements, extraordinary transactions and management of corporate groups. Particularly active also in the field of expert opinion or pareristics, he also lectures for higher education institutions and public and private entities.
Vincenzo Colle is a certified public accountant and auditor. In 2011, he received a university master's degree in “Corporate Tax Law” from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan. Specializing in corporate and tax law, he works mainly in the areas of statutory audit, domestic and international taxation and extraordinary transactions. He holds positions on supervisory bodies and boards of directors of leading national and international companies operating in the paper, water and industrial maintenance sectors.
Francesco Salviati graduated with honors in Professional Business Consulting from the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pisa. In 2022, he obtained a Second Level Master's Degree in Auditing and Internal Control, specializing in Auditing and Management Control from the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pisa. He has been a member of the Massa Carrara Register of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts since 2022 and a member of the Register of Auditors kept by the Ministry of Economy and Finance since 2024. Since March 2021, he began his collaboration with the auditing firm Russell Bedford AP Srl.
