Definition of the Management and Control Organizational Model in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and definition of procedures or special parts;
Establishment of the Supervisory Board and advisory support for the activities entrusted to it;
Direct appointment of the Supervisory Board;
Audits to verify the status of updating and corporate compliance with Model 231;
Development and delivery of training courses to staff.
